What Aria does

- Asks a few short questions and shares them with CureGate’s research team, who look for studies at our partner sites that may fit.
- Explains next steps and what records can help. Travel or other support is offered where available.
- The study’s principal investigator (PI) or clinical research coordinator (CRC) makes the final eligibility decision.
What to expect when you call or text
- Aria answers right away, day or night. There is no hold queue and no cost to you.
- You can ask anything: what a clinical trial is, whether trials are safe, how a study is different from standard treatment, or what it means to volunteer.
- If you want help finding a study, Aria asks about your diagnosis, treatments so far, and where you live. It takes about five minutes, and you can stop at any time.
- With your permission, CureGate’s research team reviews your answers and follows up by phone or text about studies at our partner sites that may fit.
- Taking part in a clinical trial is always voluntary. You can decide not to join, or leave a study, at any time.

Who is Aria?

Does it cost anything?
No. Talking with Aria and getting help from CureGate’s research team is free for patients and families.
Can a family member call for me?
Yes. Caregivers and family members are welcome to call or text Aria on a patient’s behalf.

CureGate uses your answers only to help you learn about clinical trials and to follow up with you. See our privacy notice for details.

Qué esperar cuando llame o envíe un mensaje

- Puede preguntar lo que quiera: qué es un ensayo clínico, si los ensayos son seguros, en qué se diferencia un estudio del tratamiento habitual o qué significa participar como voluntario.

- Con su permiso, el equipo de investigación de CureGate revisa sus respuestas y le da seguimiento por teléfono o mensaje sobre estudios en nuestros centros asociados que podrían ser adecuados.
